Job Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to selection
Post job openings on various portals and social platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Conduct HR rounds for shortlisted candidates
Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction
Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases
Support HR team with day-to-day activities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
