. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling staff recruitment, payroll inputs, attendance tracking, statutory compliance, and general HR operations at the plant level.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant-level roles (contractual, blue-collar, and staff).
Coordinate with manpower agencies and internal teams for candidate sourcing.
Schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, and support hiring managers.
Manage onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
Payroll & Attendance Management
Prepare and validate monthly attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Collate payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance/payroll team.
Ensure compliance with statutory deductions like PF, ESI, and professional tax.
Address employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and reimbursements.
Employee Records & Compliance
Maintain accurate and updated employee files, records, and MIS reports.
Ensure timely documentation for joining, exits, and transfers.
Support statutory audits and maintain compliance documentation (Factories Act, ESIC, PF, etc.).
Employee Engagement & General HR
Support employee grievance handling and resolution at the shop-floor level.
Coordinate HR activities like birthday celebrations, safety week, etc.
Assist in training and awareness sessions for employees.
