We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
HR professional
to manage human resource functions in our hospital. Depending on experience, the role will be at
Executive or Manager level
. The candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, and contribute to building a supportive and efficient healthcare workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, paramedical, and non-clinical staff.
Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labor Laws, etc.).
Assist in performance appraisals, training & development programs, and HR audits.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
Support hospital accreditation (NABH/JCI) requirements through HR processes.
Conduct employee engagement activities to improve morale and retention.
Liaise with management for HR policy implementation and workforce planning.
Qualifications & Skills
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Graduate with relevant HR certification.
Experience:
HR Executive:
1-4 years in HR (preferably in healthcare/hospital sector).
HR Manager:
5-10 years in HR with leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS software.
