Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. You will implement HR policies, maintain employee records, support payroll processing, and facilitate training and engagement activities.
Key responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll/attendance.
Conduct induction, training coordination, and employee engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Support performance management processes.

Required qualifications & skills:
