We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with a BBA background who can manage both
recruitment activities
and
day-to-day HR operations
. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, highly organized, and able to handle both candidate-facing communication and internal HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Post job openings on various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.)
Call and communicate with potential candidates (strong English required)
Shortlist resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Apply for jobs and manage candidate pipelines
Maintain a tracker of all open positions and recruitment progress
HR Operations & Employee Engagement
Prepare HR letters (offer letters, relieving letters, termination letters, etc.)
Handle onboarding formalities: collect documents, issue welcome kits, maintain employee records
Upload and distribute salary slips; assist payroll data management
Maintain attendance and leave records in Excel/HRMS
Respond to employee queries and provide HR-related support
Draft and send internal/external HR communication emails
Ensure proper filing and updating of employee database
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field
Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in HR preferred
Skills Required
Communication:
Fluent English (spoken & written), professional phone/email etiquette
Recruitment Tools:
Familiarity with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals
Tech Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Gmail, PDF editing tools
HR Knowledge:
Basic understanding of HR processes, onboarding, payroll, and employee records
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Confidentiality and discretion
Problem-solving mindset
