Develop and update accurate job descriptions and job specifications.
Conduct job and task analyses to document job requirements and objectives.
Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on relevant job portals, newspapers, and college placement platforms.
Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as recruitment agencies, social media, and headhunting.
Screen candidate resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable profiles.
Conduct pre-screening interviews using reliable recruiting and selection methods/tools within defined timelines.
Maintain comprehensive records of applicants, interviews, and recruitment data.
Monitor, evaluate, and apply best practices in HR recruitment processes.
Prepare and present analytical, well-documented recruitment reports to the team.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and build strong, professional relationships throughout the selection process.
