About the Role



We are looking for a proactive HR Executive - Recruitment & Operations with prior experience in

manufacturing and B2B environments

. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles and supporting core HR operations in a growing organization.

This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience hiring for

plant, laboratory, technical, corporate support, and B2B sales roles

, and who enjoys working closely with functional leaders to build structured, practical HR processes.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment (Manufacturing & B2B Roles)



Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for manufacturing and corporate roles, including

QC, R&D, laboratory, production, B2B sales, business development, supply chain, and corporate support functions

Partner with department heads, plant/lab managers, and sales leadership to understand manpower requirements Source candidates through

job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks

Conduct

HR screenings, interviews, and salary discussions

Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain consistent candidate communication Maintain

recruitment trackers, databases, and weekly hiring reports

Support

campus hiring, internships, and fresher hiring

for technical and commercial roles

HR Operations



Support

onboarding and induction

of new employees Prepare and manage

offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation

Maintain and update employee records in

HRMS or internal systems

Coordinate

joining formalities and background verification

Support

attendance tracking and payroll input coordination

Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR coordination Assist with

employee engagement initiatives and internal communication

Support

performance appraisal cycles

and basic HR compliance documentation

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field 3-5 years of HR experience with a primary focus on recruitment and HR operations in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B organizations Proven experience hiring for non-IT roles, including plant, lab, technical, and B2B sales / business development positions Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tracking Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems

Note:Candidates whose recruitment experience is primarily in IT, software, SaaS, technology sales, or staffing consultancies will not be considered for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
