Roles and Responsibilities -
Plan and execute cost-effective recruitment strategies to hire efficient and suitable manpower within approved budgets.
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Use HR software / HRMS platforms for recruitment tracking, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and reporting.
Post job openings on job portals, social media platforms, and internal referral channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and interview panels.
Negotiate salaries and offers while maintaining cost efficiency and organizational standards.
Maintain and update recruitment data, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics in HR software.
Manage joining formalities, documentation, and induction of new employees.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR operations using HR systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labour laws.
Track recruitment performance indicators such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and retention.
Assist in employee engagement, performance reviews, and HR documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational data.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Experience:
HR sourcing: 2 years (Preferred)
