Review resumes and conduct
telephonic screening
to assess suitability.
Schedule interviews with candidates and follow up for attendance.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Maintain candidate database and daily/weekly recruitment reports.
Manage job postings across portals and social platforms.
Handle offer rollout, documentation & onboarding coordination.
Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
Support other HR functions as needed (joining, exit, admin tasks).
Required Skills
Strong communication (English & Hindi)
Good knowledge of recruitment platforms & sourcing techniques
Ability to screen, evaluate & shortlist candidates effectively
Basic Excel & reporting skills
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Smart, proactive, and target-oriented attitude
