We're Looking For:
MBA (HR) or any HR-related postgraduate qualification is mandatory
3-5 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines
Proactive mindset with attention to detail
Job Responsibilities:
End-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Coordinate with departments to understand role requirements
Complete joining formalities
Support in resolving employee queries and grievances
Manage HR databases and update employee information regularly
Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and communication initiatives.
