HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent within the civil engineering field, including engineers, surveyors, project managers, and construction professionals, by actively sourcing candidates through industry-specific channels, conducting thorough screening interviews, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process aligns with project needs and company goals.

1. Candidate Sourcing from portals

2. Screening and Interviewing

3. Recruitment Strategy Development

4. Day to Day updates from projects

5. Appointment of candidates
