Job Summary:

Enlight Metals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring talent, preferably within the manufacturing or metals industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as required

Requirements:

3-4 years of proven experience in recruitment Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes Industry experience in metals/manufacturing is preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring timelines Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
