Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Executive

to join our Human Resources team.

The

HR Executive

will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing

and attracting candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires strong communication,

networking, and organizational skills to ensure we bring top talent into the organization.

Key Responsibilities : Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and

workforce needs. Develop and post job descriptions across job boards, company website,

and social media platforms. Source and screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist

qualified candidates. Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to both

candidates and hiring managers. Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure

accurate recruitment records. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through

networking, job fairs, and employee referrals. Support employer branding initiatives to attract

top talent. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company hiring policies. Facilitate offer

negotiations and onboarding processes.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related

field. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and

work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
