Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews
Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from department heads
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels
Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
Maintain and update
candidate databases
and recruitment trackers
Assist in
onboarding and documentation
of new joiners
Coordinate with candidates for offer letters, joining formalities, and follow-ups
Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field preferred
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring techniques
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
