Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter (IT Profile) to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various technologies and levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Understand IT job requirements such as Software Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, System Admins, DBA, Cloud & Cybersecurity roles.

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and social media.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills,...

Pay: ₹10,746.22 - ₹31,593.34 per month
