Candidate Management:
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Ensure a positive and professional
candidate experience
throughout the entire process.
Administration & Compliance:
Manage and update the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
with current candidate and job information.
Prepare and extend formal
offer letters
and manage the acceptance and background check processes.
Maintain compliance with all local employment laws and company policies regarding hiring.
Metrics & Reporting:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as
time-to-hire
,
cost-per-hire
, and source of hire.
Provide regular status updates and reports to the HR Manager and hiring teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
4
years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate HR setting.
Technical Skills:
Proven experience working with an
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
(e.g., BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever).
Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Soft Skills:
Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills.

organizational and time management
abilities.
