will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for technical positions in domains such as
IT, Automation, Embedded Systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS)
. The role involves identifying and attracting skilled professionals, coordinating the hiring process, and ensuring timely closures as per the company's project and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand technical job requirements and skill expectations for various positions across IT, Automation, Embedded, and BMS domains.
Source qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking.
Conduct telephonic and initial technical screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability.
Coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing channels, and offer-to-joining ratio.
Develop and maintain a pool of potential candidates for future requirements.
Liaise with colleges, technical institutes, and training centers for fresh talent pipelines.
Prepare and share weekly/monthly hiring reports with management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of technical skill sets such as
Ability to understand and discuss technical job descriptions with hiring teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of sourcing tools (Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social media recruiting.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
