Managing end-to-end recruitment and hiring process across all business functions
Good technical understanding of recruitment portals
Strategizing recruitment plans as per business priorities, critical positions and TAT
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc)
Other assignments related to talent acquisition
Requirements
Proven experience into talent acquisition
Experience in recruiting & sourcing
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Proficient in the use of social media and job portals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
