We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Human Resources Executive
to support our HR department's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of employee data.
Handle employee queries and provide necessary HR support.
Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documentation.
Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Support HR audits, performance management, and appraisal processes.
Manage exit formalities and full & final settlements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (like Excel, HRMS, etc.).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving and people management skills.
Salary Range:
As per industry standards / Based on experience
