, you will be responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and policy implementation. You will work closely with department heads and employees to foster a productive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS
Administer employee benefits and leave programs
Coordinate training and development activities
Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives
Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR practices
Support payroll processing and attendance tracking
Contribute to creating and updating HR policies and procedures
Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's values
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
6 Month- 1 + years of experience in an HR generalist or executive role
Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems)
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
