Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately.
Support payroll processing and handle attendance management.
Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and official communications.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies.
Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and provide timely support.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
0 to 3 years (freshers with strong interest in healthcare HR may apply).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices preferred.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software is an added advantage.
