Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for BPO and technical roles
Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads
Conducting induction and orientation programs for new joiners
Handling employee documentation and HR formalities
Driving employee engagement activities and internal communication
Maintaining candidate and employee databases and reports
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Smart, confident personality with a professional attitude
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
