Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for solar energy roles - from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Source candidates using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies).
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with departments for technical rounds.
Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruitments, and industry networking events.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
