We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive - Real Estate to manage end-to-end hiring for sales, construction, project management, and corporate roles within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge, excellent networking skills, and hands-on experience in closing mid to senior-level positions in the Indian real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
? Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles including Sales, CRM, Channel Sales, Project Management, Engineering, QS, Planning, and Corporate functions
? Understand manpower requirements from business heads and create effective hiring strategies
? Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, consultants, and networking
? Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds
? Manage vendor and consultancy relationships for lateral hiring
? Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
? Ensure timely offer rollouts, negotiations, and closures
? Track recruitment metrics like TAT, cost per hire, and offer-to-join ratio
? Maintain recruitment MIS and databases
? Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives
? Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations
Required Skills & Competencies
? Strong understanding of the Indian real estate hiring landscape
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
? Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
? Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
? Proficient in MS Excel, ATS, and recruitment tools
? Result-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines
Educational Qualifications
? Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Experience
? 4-5 years of recruitment experience specifically in real estate or construction
? Experience hiring for developers, builders, EPC firms, or real estate consultancies
