Job Description

We are seeking a business-focused and field-oriented HR who will work closely with front-end retail teams, store operations, and business leaders to drive people strategy aligned with business growth and revenue objectives. This role requires frequent store visits, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on ownership of the complete employee lifecycle.

Recruitment & Onboarding

Source, interview, and close store-level and front-end positions as per business requirements. Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and induction of new joiners. Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and joining reports. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure manpower readiness across stores.

Employee Relations

Handle employee relations issues including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution at store level. Counsel employees on behavior, performance, attendance, and policy adherence. Support store and operations managers in maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support

Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and attrition trends across assigned stores. Ensure timely and accurate submission of attendance and leave data for payroll processing. Coordinate with payroll teams for corrections, full & final settlements, deductions, and payouts.

Performance Management

Support managers with corrective actions and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). Track individual and store-level performance metrics including incentives and productivity. Ensure fair and timely execution of performance-related processes.
Skills

Strong knowledge of HR operations in retail and store environments

Excellent communication, counselling, and conflict-handling skills Strong stakeholder management skills (Store Managers, Operations, Payroll teams) Field-oriented with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple stores and priorities effectively

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
