Experience: 2 to 4 years - Non-IT Recruitment

Utilize Job portal to find active and passive candidates.
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interview rounds with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the MIS
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal/written communication in English(Immediate joiner preferred)

Pay: ?230,000.00 - ?330,000.00 per year
