Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct
employee onboarding
and maintain accurate HR records and personnel files.
Assist in
attendance, leave, and payroll processing

Support
employee engagement activities
and internal communication.
Handle
HR operations
, including offer letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Ensure
compliance with HR policies
, statutory requirements, and labor laws.
Maintain and update the
HRIS / HR database
accurately.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., WalletHR).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in recruitment and onboarding.
