ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for various Stock Broking roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate final interviews
Manage offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events
Conduct employee surveys and drive internal HR initiatives
Support communication to enhance workplace culture
HR Operations
Handle onboarding formalities and maintain employee records
Update HRMS with accurate employee data
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and support payroll coordination
Assist with policy implementation, employee relations, and grievance handling
Ensure compliance with HR processes and company guidelines
Required Candidate Profile
Female candidates only
1-3 years of HR experience in a Stock Broking or Financial Services company
Strong experience in
end-to-end recruitment
for stock broking roles
Ability to independently manage
employee engagement programs
Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, and people-oriented
Good understanding of HR operations, HRMS, onboarding, and attendance management
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree / MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
Must be based in or willing to work from
Bangalore (Sadashivnagar)
