End-to-end hiring for creative, marketing, design, sales, and production teams.
Job posting, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and conducting HR rounds.
Managing onboarding, documentation, and employee orientation.
Maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Plan internal activities, celebrations, team-building events.
Enhance employee satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment.
Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and employee relationship management.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and biometric data.
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
Ensure implementation of company policies and compliance with labour regulations.
Performance Management
Assist in conducting performance reviews, monthly evaluations, and KPI tracking.
Coordinate with team leaders to ensure employee performance alignment with company goals.
Payroll & Admin Coordination
Coordinate with finance for salary processing.
Oversee reimbursements, incentives, and overtime reports.
Manage office administration tasks as needed.
6. Training & Development
Identify training needs and arrange skill development sessions.
Monitor employee growth and provide continuous improvement suggestions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience (agency experience preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and people management skills.
Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment tools, and labour laws.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic HRMS tools.
Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced creative agency workflow.
