Bangalore Group of Institutions is seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment, strong communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employee management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment platforms.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with respective departments for selection.
Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is updated.
Implement and monitor HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
Support payroll, attendance, and leave management processes.
Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues professionally.
Organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of HR experience (Minimum 2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of IT and Non-IT recruitment processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent English required).
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
