Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports
Handle initial rounds of telephonic screening
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs across platforms
Follow up with selected candidates through onboarding
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment (internship experience also considered)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of hiring platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Ability to multitask and handle recruitment timelines
Proficient in Ms-Office.
