Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Manage salary negotiations, offer roll-out, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate pipelines.
Coordination & Employer Branding
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements.
Onboarding & Support
Support onboarding and documentation for new joiners.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of HR operations is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems/ATS.
Education
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
