Job Title: Human Resource Executive (HRE) - Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource Executive (HRE) to join our team in the collection industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment while also managing key HR functions such as onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. The role demands a keen understanding of talent acquisition, industry-specific hiring needs, and the ability to source the best talent for our collection teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles, primarily collection agents, team leads, and support staff.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
Conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
Ensure smooth candidate experience from shortlisting to onboarding.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Implement best recruitment practices to reduce turnaround time and improve hiring quality.
2. Onboarding & Employee Engagement
Manage employee onboarding by ensuring proper documentation and induction programs.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, targets, and expectations.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and productivity.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate HR records related to recruitment, attendance, and performance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry-specific regulations.
Support payroll processing by verifying attendance and leave records.
4. Performance Monitoring & Retention
Work with team leaders to analyze employee performance and provide recruitment-based insights.
Develop strategies to reduce attrition and improve workplace morale.
Conduct exit interviews and provide insights on turnover trends.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
? 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a collection agency or BPO.
? Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and ATS systems.
? Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet aggressive recruitment targets.
? Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and job portals.
