Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and plant-based roles.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and direct sourcing.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
Ensure timely closure of open positions, especially critical and long-pending roles.
Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and joining formalities.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS, and HR records.
Ensure a smooth onboarding and induction process for new hires.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
Follow ethical recruitment practices and maintain confidentiality.
End-to-end handling of HRMS software, from recruitment processes to time office management.
