We are seeking a creative and talented HR Recruiter as well as social media Handler to join our team. He/she is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying needs to onboarding new hires. The role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and supporting overall HR initiatives. He/she will be responsible for managing our company's social media accounts, creating engaging content, and interacting with our online community.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
Develop job descriptions and post openings on job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and other creative methods.
Screen resumes and conducts initial phone or video interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide interview preparation guidance.
Conduct pre-employment assessments, background checks, and reference checks.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner.
Create high-quality, engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos.
Requirements:
Masters's degree in human resources or in related Field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to collaborate and contribute to a positive work culture.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging content creation
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices
Experience with graphic design, photography, or video editing is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
