Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support daily HR operations including attendance, leave management, and joining formalities.
Coordinate with internal departments for admin requirements (office supplies, housekeeping, etc.).
Assist in organizing employee engagement and compliance activities.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee data.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR portals.
Good understanding of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Qualification:
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration.
