We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team. The HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring smooth operations of HR functions, and contributing to the company's culture and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company goals.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Conduct training & development programs to enhance employee skills.
Support performance management system (appraisals, feedback, KPIs).
Maintain HR records, employee database, and prepare HR reports.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR (Executive/Officer/Manager role).
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/ATS preferred).
