About the role:
HR Executive involves the responsibility of Recruitment and Hiring, Training and Development, Employer - Employee Relations, Maintain company culture, Manage employee benefits, create a safe work environment, Handle disciplinary actions.
Responsibilities:
Design compensation and benefits packages.
Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
Candidate requirements:
Fluency with all three languages such as : English, Hindi and Gujarati
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and sales software programs.
Preferred Qualification : Graduates / Master / Degree Holder in Human Resource Field
2-3 years of Experience required in the same field
