Key Responsibilities
Recruitment:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media & referrals
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews & coordinate with department heads
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Manage offer letters, negotiations, and joining formalities
HR Generalist:
Handle onboarding & induction of new employees
Maintain employee records
Support attendance, leave management & payroll inputs
Assist in performance management & appraisal processes
Address basic employee queries & HR policies
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of recruitment process & HR operations
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
English , Hindi additional languages are plus
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Basic knowledge of labor laws is a plus
MS Excel & HRMS knowledge preferred
Qualification:
MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or equivalent
Relevant HR experience preferred
