Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media platforms. Source potential candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other professional networks. Screen resumes to shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the candidate pipeline in our ATS or tracking sheet. Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates throughout the process. Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to offer.
