We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of HR experience, primarily handling end-to-end recruitment. You will play a crucial part in attracting and onboarding top talent while supporting other HR functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant tracking.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical/managerial rounds.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Support onboarding documentation and induction process.
Assist in maintaining HR records and employee data.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
Good understanding of job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
Exposure to other HR functions like onboarding or employee engagement is a plus.
