The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and performance management. The role requires strong people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Develop job descriptions, post jobs, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth hiring.
Maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
Plan and execute seamless onboarding for new hires.
Conduct induction/orientation programs.
Process resignations, conduct exit interviews, and manage full & final settlements.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities.
Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
4. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Oversee attendance management, leave records, and timesheets.
Coordinate with the finance/payroll team for accurate monthly payouts.
5. Performance Management
Implement and monitor KRAs/KPIs.
Facilitate quarterly and annual performance reviews.
Assist managers with goal-setting and performance improvement plans.
6. HR Policies & Compliance
Draft, review, and update HR policies and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain employee files and documentation.
7. Learning & Development
Identify training needs and arrange appropriate training sessions.
Track employee development and monitor training effectiveness.
8. HR Reporting
Prepare HR reports: recruitment status, attrition, attendance, performance, etc.
Maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR operations (adjust as per requirement).
Strong understanding of HR processes, HRMS tools, and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Preferred Skills
Experience in recruitment + generalist roles.
Knowledge of HR analytics.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Conflict resolution skills.
