Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Contribute to employee engagement activities and events.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
? Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-1 year of experience in HR or internships in HR functions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentialit
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,170.33 - ₹12,135.34 per month
