Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing & onboarding
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
Use multiple sourcing platforms (job portals, social media, referrals, networking)
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication professionally
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates
Support employer branding and HR initiatives
Work on bulk hiring, niche hiring, and time-bound requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Good understanding of technical & non-technical hiring
Ability to multitask and manage hiring pipelines
Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tracking tools
Graduation in HR/Management or related field preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
