HR and Admin Executive - KochiIn
Infoniks, a trusted CCTV and Security Systems company since 1995, is looking for an HR and Admin Executive to join our growing team of more than 60 professionals. If you are passionate about people, processes, and creating a great workplace, we want you on board.
What You Will Do: Handle recruitment from job posting to onboarding.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database.
Assist in payroll and compliance.
Support employee engagement and performance reviews.
Cordinate / Manage day-to-day office administration and vendor coordination.
Be the point of contact for employees and management.
What We Are Looking For: Graduate in HR or Business Administration. MBA in HR is a plus.
One to three years of experience in HR and Admin. Freshers with energy and willingness to learn are welcome.
Excellent communication and people skills
.Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools.
Organized, proactive, and willing to take responsibility.
