Responsible for talent acquisition / recruitment of staff for the University, Medical College & Hospital as per the TAT.

Posting on the job portals and using Social Media to find suitable candidates.

Independently manage recruitment process right from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening and initial interview to till joining.

Head hunting & maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.

Post offer follow up with the candidates & joining formalities.

MIS & Reports generation

Induction & Orientation, Employee grievance handling.

Should have good experience on a variety of sourcing tools & techniques.

must be computer savvy with good communication & leadership qualities.

Experience in any Education / Health care & Hospital industry is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,145.31 - ₹30,653.00 per month
