Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms ( LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Source potential candidates through databases, social media, referrals, and job portals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (telephonic/video), and shortlist qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders and follow up on feedback.
Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Coordinate background checks and onboarding formalities.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and experience with ATS software (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workable, etc.).
