We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Executive / HR Recruiter

to join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement activities, especially focusing on hiring for the

marine and shipping industry

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Handle recruitment for

seafarers, technical staff, and office roles

. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Assist in payroll processing and compliance-related activities. Develop and implement HR policies in line with company standards. Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring needs. Ensure compliance with RPSL and marine industry regulations.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in recruitment/HR, preferably in the

marine or shipping industry

.(not mandatory) Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing strategies, and HR operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
