We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
HR Executive
who can handle both
Talent Acquisition
and
HR Generalist
responsibilities. This is a dual-role position with a
50% focus on recruitment
and
50% on HR operations
, suitable for someone who thrives in a dynamic IT environment and enjoys both people management and process ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (50%)
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding).
Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds.
Maintain a talent database and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
Handle offer roll-outs, salary negotiations, and candidate onboarding.
HR Generalist (50%)
Manage employee lifecycle activities -- onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit process.
Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Support payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for monthly disbursement.
Assist in policy implementation and ensure compliance with HR processes.
Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance review coordination.
Address employee queries and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
Prepare HR reports and assist management in decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
1 year of hands-on experience
in HR (recruitment + generalist).
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
IT/Tech recruitment
is highly preferred.
Exposure to HR analytics, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance will be an added advantage.
