Primary Roles: Recruitment - Hiring candidates for any position vacant in all our offices across the country - New Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, and Coimbatore, Sometimes, we require you to hire freelancers in places such as Vizag, Goa, Mangalore, Jaipur, Trichy or similar places. Implementing Policies - Your fundamental task is to implement our list of policies that make an almanac and a guide for employees in a way the culture of Learners Cortex is preserved and protected from being arrogated. Leadership & Motivation - Your presence should make them feel confident and motivated and instill healthy competition and peer reviewing. Performance Review - Our performance assessment is based on the number of enrollments done and the delight factor over teaching and counseling. You must maintain digital records of all employees and their success stories and reward them at the right time. Training and Development - Once hired, you must induct the new recruits to rigorous training and enable them to join the active workforce in 30 to 60 days. Standing for employee benefits - Your purpose is to always stand for employees - tracking their performance, resolving any conflicts, enforcing monetary benefits, and appreciating them in a timely manner. Remuneration and Work Benefits: HR Talent Acquisition ( 0-4 years experience ) - Rs. 1.80 lacs to 3 lacs per annum I. Salary steadily multiplies at an incredible speed on your performance.
